We Went for a Run Today!

Although these pups in the pictures are not really Emily and Ender, I thought it would at least give you an idea of what they looked like on our run today.

Mike, Teddy and I went to Mile Square Park this morning for our Saturday run. The dogs started out really slow, especially Emily, but they are now getting the hang of it.

We are starting interval running, so that we can build up our endurance to complete 4 miles by the end of the year. Today we started with 2 minutes of running, and 1 minute of walking. We were able to complete 24 minutes of this! Woo hoo! Emily did great, as well as Ender. They are really tired now, which is great because I have a lot of work to do today.

By the way, my Fast Food Fast is finally over! I am going to eat Baja Fresh today and then probably keep away from Fast Food forever now (for the most part).
